C. Dixon Osburn is a noted advocate for human rights and national security, leading the successful effort to repeal don’t ask, don’t tell; securing legislation permitting the release of Guantanamo prisoners; and overseeing successful civil trials against international war criminals, including the Syrian regime and leaders of the Khmer Rouge.
