Michael Svetlik

Michael Svetlik is the Chief Operating Officer at HFX. He previously served as Vice President of Programs at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems where he oversaw programming and operations in over 35 countries for over a decade. Michael’s professional experience includes leadership of democracy and education programs in Poland, Georgia and Azerbaijan. He earned a Master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. Michael is married and is the proud father of two daughters.
